from start to finish, our experience was a very good one. Terry was our sales person on the phone. She addressed all our concerns and answered all questions the same day. She was delightful to do business with! The guys who came out were pleasant during installation of all 3 doors. One installer in particular, (during our first and single door in the summer) was etremely helpful! He was younger and went out of his way to address our concerns with the door not touching down to the ground evenly from end to end. With his help and suggestions and effort on site, our concern was addressed and all was well done. Thanks especially to that younger installer.
